TALLINN - The Estonian Riigikogu approved on Tuesday, with 52 votes, the decision on increasing the maximum European Stability Mechanism (ESM) loan amount and making the second capital payment, submitted by the government, reports Public Broadcasting.The decision allows setting the summary loan amount of the European Financial Stability Fund (EFSF) and European Stability Mechanism (ESM) at 700 billion euros and accelerates the second payment, 30 million euros, to the ESM capital.
