PUNISHMENT IN STORE FOR ESTONIAN SOLDIERS: The Estonian armed forces command is going to punish soldiers who instigated rebellion over pay among peace keepers if an investigation shows their action to have been contrary to army regulations, the daily Eesti Paevaleht reported. Riho Uhtegi, head of the intelligence department at the defense forces headquarters, confirmed in an interview with the daily his staff is investigating whether some peace keepers displayed insubordination to achieve a pay raise.
