Latvia set for return to money markets

RIGA -  If the Latvian government continues to pursue reasonable and well thought-out policy, the country will be able to borrow on international financial markets, and refinance and gradually repay its debt, the Bank of Latvia International Relations and Communication Department head and former senior adviser to the International Monetary Fund’s board, Juris Kravalis, said in an interview with the daily Latvijas Avize.
