TALLINN - Farmers have reached the end of their tether after a bad year and will take to the streets in peaceful protest. Estonian farmers and agricultural producers plan to fill the square in front of the government building on Toompea on Oct. 13 to bring their plight to the government's attention.An organizing committee has already drawn up three main demands to present to the government and are still taking suggestions as to how the protest should be staged.
