SIAULIAI, Lithuania – Playing host has done little to assist Siauliai who have become the first team to be knocked out of the VTB qualifying competition. This week Siauliai has hosted five basketball teams from Ukraine, Poland, Finland and Russia who are vying to become the final two clubs to qualify for the Russian based VTB League, the leading club basketball competition in Eastern Europe.
