TARTU, Estonia – VEF Riga has easily seen of University of Tartu on Sunday night to take out the 2011 Dorpat BBL Cup. The tournament, which acts as a curtain raiser to the up and coming Baltic Basketball League season brings together in theory the top basketball team from each Baltic State plus the host team in a two day tournament.
