RIGA– A lapse of concentration at the end of the second period has cost Dinamo Riga in their opening game of the 2011 Latvijas Dzelzcceļa Kauss (Latvian Railway Cup) at Arena Riga on Wednesday evening. Stuck in a 0-0 deadlock with Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk in the final moments of the second period, Neftekhimik would strike not once but twice in a 20 second burst that would ultimately decide the outcome of the game. Dinamo Riga would come back to tie the game at two on power play goals but Neftekhimik’s third in the 58th minute would ultimately decide the game....
