Rioting in London: Could it Happen Here?

It started with a conflict between the police and a man described by the police as a gangbanger and drugs dealer, and it ended in four or five nights of rioting. Thousands of people in London and other British towns went on a rampage, setting things on fire, smashing shop windows and stealing everything that was not nailed down.
