RIGA, Latvia – FIFA has come down heavily on the referees who were involved in the now infamous Latvian and Estonian friendly matches played in Turkey in February. On February 9 Latvia and Estonia played Bolivia and Bulgaria respectively in the neutral venue of Antalya, Turkey.
