PARIS, FRANCE– Rein Taaramae has finally gained the Tour de France white jersey for leading youth rider at the end of the tour’s 18th stage. Riding 200.5km from Pinerolo to Galibier Serre-Chevalier, Thursday’s stage was one for the climbers with the leading riders completing the stage in ones and twos.
