APELDOORN, The Netherlands – Simona Krupeckaite has claimed silver for Lithuania on Saturday in the women’s individual sprint at the Track Cycling World Championships. Krupeckaite qualified for the final after winning the 2nd race then the decider in her best of three semi-final heat against Belorussia’s Olga Panarina who had earlier in the championships claimed the 500-meter time trial title.
