RIGA - Latvian Martins Dukurs has given Latvia something to smile about in the past week by being crowned the 2010/2011 FIBT skeleton World Cup champion. Competing in the World Cup alongside older brother Tomass, the Vancouver silver medalist and World Cup defending champion has been in stellar form, winning the final five legs of the tour to be unbeaten in 2011, as well being unbeaten in Europe this season.
