This week a new trend appeared on the political scene - a Latvian musician not only playing in, but actually paying for commercials promoting his political choice for who to vote for.It was Latvian singer Igo who more than 20 years ago used to sing “Freedom for the fatherland, we do not beg, we demand,” and is now singing the tune “For a Good Latvia” at the expense of the people.
