Will they listen this time? On June 8, 2010, Ms. Ingrida Sudraba, Auditor General/Head of the State Audit Service, announced again that there has been not a single structural reform taken in the state institutions in Latvia. One can hardly disagree, as mechanical cuts and the massive layoff of employees have been the main tools to get out of the financial turmoil.And thus life is back to normal.
