VILNIUS (ELTA) - Led by foreign Vice-Minister Jonas Rudalevicius, a Lithuanian delegation headed for Russian Kaliningrad enclave to fine tune a bilateral cooperation agreement on Aug. 25. Rudalevicius said the draft documents had been exchanged by both parties earlier and now, after proposals were discussed in both countries, a common draft document will be analyzed in Kaliningrad.
