Juha Rehula MP (centre), current chairman of the social affairs and health committee, was named by the Centre Party to become the next social affairs and health minister on Monday.
The formalities of the appointment are to be conducted during Monday morning.
Mr Rehula is to replace Liisa Hyssälä (centre), current minister of social affairs and health, who was on Friday appointed director general of the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela).
