Ethnicity and health most common forms of work-related discrimination

A recent study finds that state of health and ethnic origin are the two prevailing factors in cases of work-related discrimination in Finland.

A study published by the Ministry of the Interior and conducted by the Finnish League for Human Rights, Syrjintä Työelämässä, has found that condition of health and ethnic origin are the main factors in the forms of work-related discrimination that lead to control measures by the Occupational Health and Safety Inspectorate.
