Three men died and one more is seriously injured in hospital following an accident on the site of a new shopping mall in Suwalki this Wednesday morning. The four men fell 14m from scaffolding on a site which has already seen three other serious accidents and one other death in the last month. Health and Safety officials are investigating all four incidents and Gazeta Bialystok reports that irregularities in the procedures for working at heights have been revealed, with four sub-contractors involved and a further ten still being investigated.
