Fire officers were too late to stop a house in Turek from collapsing under the burden of snow this Wednesday evening. At approximately 11pm the residents called for assistance with a roof that was buckling under the weight of snow resting on it, but the structure collapsed before they arrived. "The building has totally collapsed above the garage area. There's only a portion of roof over the living area," fire officer Dytwinski, from the first unit to arrive at the scene, told reporters from TVN24....
