Metalheads take over the Finnish capital as the best of Finnish heavy metal is showcased at the Cable Factory.
Finland has been described as the promised land of heavy metal, demonstrated by the international success of bands like HIM and Nightwish as well as the mainstream acceptance of artists such as Lordi, whose demon-costumed brand of hard rock has won both the Eurovision song contest and President Halonen's approval.
With this in mind, there is perhaps no better place than Helsinki for the supremos of the metal-music scene to meet and exchange their views on the future of the industry.
