TALLINN (BNS) – Residents of the Russian town of Ivangorod have threatened to block the Tallinn-Moscow railway, if their demands for the resignation of the town's leaders and the town's annexation to Estonia's Narva are not heeded.Alexander Tsvinyev, representative of the Leningrad Oblast (provincial) governor in Ivangorod, told the northeast Estonian Pohjarannik newspaper that the people's discontent was caused by the municipal authorities'inefficiency in solving issues of municipal economy and unemployment.
