Simon Rees, the curator of the Contemporary Art Center (CAC) in Vilnius, was born in New Zealand, grew up in Australia and has since worked in art institutions around the world. He has worked at the CAC now for over five years. On top of his curatorial work, he also edits the center's monthly publication CAC Interviu. Rees, who hinted at exciting new exhibitions starting this June, sat down with The Baltic Times to discuss his life and work in Vilnius.
