PARNU - Mikhail Neverovski, 79, is the fourth former Soviet security worker to appear in court for his role in the deportation of Estonians to Siberia. The first conviction occurred in January this year, in the court of Haapsalu, when Johannes Klaassepp was given an eight year suspended sentence for crimes against humanity. Neverovski, an ethnic Russian with Estonian citizenship, denies helping in the deportations of 279 people to Siberia and rounding up three families. He could face life in prison if convicted.
