You clearly have no idea about the facts, but are happy to spurt out misinformation and grievances. The new law allows someone to change their name into an Estonian sounding name, it does not force anyone to change their name. It was created based on those individuals who wanted to change their name but found it difficult to do so. The new law allows them to do it more easily. Please don't write things which are false.
