TALLINN(BNS) - A shipment of 40,500 unused M-14 combat rifles coming as a donation from the United States to the Estonian armed forces is scheduled to arrive here Nov. 13.Juri Parbo, deputy state secretary of the Defense Ministry, said the transportation was arranged by the Americans, who will also keep an eye on the shipment after it arrives on a U.S. ship at the Loksa port, a small seaport on Estonia's northern coast.The weapons will be formally accepted by a special panel of representatives of the Defense Ministry and the armed forces' central staff, Parbo said.The donation is worth ove...
