Instead of blaming AirBaltic with unfair competition, flyLAL should sort out their booking procedures. I am a fairly frequent flyer to Vilnius and would prefer to use flyLAL because their schedules are more convenient.

However, since early 2008 flyLAL has consistently refused to accept my credit cards, whereas AirBaltic is more than happy to do so. Lengthy phone calls to flyLAL in Vilnius merely showed that their staff is not interested in helping customers. Consequently, I fly AirBaltic.
