Human Rights acquittal

  • 2008-08-13
I am referring to the article in TBT July31-Aug.6/08 "Latvia defeated in human rights case".
The European Court of Human Rights decision to acquit the Soviet murderer is a gross violation of basic human rights. Since when is burning human beings alive not a colossal crime?

This unjust acquittal is a travesty in itself. It seems that some Europeans are still siding with communist ideology even when it killed 100million people in the world compared to Nazi ideology that killed 25 million people. Therefore, this unjust acquittal must be appealed to ensure that burning people alive will not happen in the future. They would never let a Nazi get away with this type heinous crime.

Or are these judges being bribed by a certain power to judge in their favor?  It is hard to believe that any human being and specially a person appointed as a judge would condone burning people alive. This same crime of burning people alive by Communist destruction battalions was carried out in Estonia in 1941 when the Russian troops were withdrawing from Estonia during the Second World War.
