Lithuanian drivers

  • 2008-08-13
Lithuanian can't drive. Among other things driving schools  start their lessons on sidewalk. That means they start by breaking the law. People seem to think driving will  enhance  their brains. They claim that turning the steering wheel is very intellectually challenging. I would say that Lithuanian drivers are intellectually challenged.

The Lithuanian Department of Tourism is a bunch of thieves. They get money from the EU from routes that don't exist. It's no wonder the roads are in a terrible state. No one will do anything about it. They just whine and moan.
