In brief I find The Baltic Times most interesting. However, there is a strong emphasis on the negatives (found in any region): crime, corruption, interference by powerful neighbors, dwindling population, loss of employment etc.
A continual diet of these stories may become a self fulfilling prophecy as readers, (tourists, investors, workers, professionals, citizens) loose courage, motivation and interest in the Baltic states. Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have a powerful positive story to tell the world - and their own people, survival, achievement, success and a positive future. This is what I and others want to read about.
Enough of this moaning about the problems. Tell us more of current progress, success and reason for hope. People must have good reason to work, live, play, invest, visit, educate and contribute to society. Please tell us about
them.
