Further to the letter from Lyyli Kersaulu I am amazed that somebody could express such opinion. This is a typical attitude from young Estonian who doesn't wants to accept that Russians did and continue to do a lot for this country. Russia and Estonia were the same country once and that is a reality that the writer doesn't want to accept. Now Estonia is independent and is pursuing a narrow ethnic nationalism which is making Russian people hurt. We work and have lives in Estonia for many years and pay our taxes, same as everybody else and we should have the same rights as everybody else.
I myself speak Estonian fluently as well as Finnish Russian which is my native language and English.
If Miss Kersaulu thinks all Russians should leave maybe she should leave for her intolerant and racist attitude and get in a time machine and go and live in the middle ages where they welcome such things.
