You run a very good newspaper, although it is a bit too Lat-centric. I know Riga is a bit warmer than Tallinn, but you could use a little more balance between the countries. (Yes, I know Latvia is a source of many more scandals, which do sell papers.)
One suggestion: another really good publication is Tallinn's CityPaper. They have a lot of good high-quality humor in there, and The Baltic Times could use some humor, too. Even humor will do in a pinch.
