Thank you for the comments on our restaurant. I hope you are a good specialist in the restaurant business for you to describe such things 's only two wines by the glass or small menu.
In our opinion it is better to offer good quality wines in small bottles and fresh food. If you are interested to drink bad wine, I think you can already find such places.
[About the] small menu 's it's always fresh food, not frozen and there is the possibility to change it every two months, according to the season's specialties.
If you are really into modern art, it still does not give you the right to say that it is a bad design.
We have been open two months, and I think that we are doing a really good job. Everybody makes mistakes - even you by coming to our restaurant!
