In last week opinion piece we described Vita Terauda as an executive director of Soros Foundation in Latvia. This was an error. Though she formerly held this position, Terauda is in fact Director of Center for Public Policy, PROVIDUS in Riga, Latvia. The opinions expressed by Terauda in her column in no way reflect the views held by the Soros Foundation.
