Let's imagine for a brief moment that U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice suddenly lost her mind and announced that because Osama bin Laden is of Saudi Arabian origin, all Saudis are terrorists.  Or, perhaps, the British foreign secretary might announce that because Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe is a thoroughly corrupt thug, all Zimbabweans must also be corrupt thugs.  Imagine the outcry.  Imagine the speed with which the relevant politician would find herself or himself out of a job.No such response to Latvian Interior Minister Mareks Seglins and his pronouncemen...
