The blame-game of poor public policy

The Baltic Times reported  on Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves' New Year's speech. President Ilves is widely admired 's and by this pundit too 's which is why I was baffled by a New Year's speech containing such phrases as: "We must not believe those foreboding crisis and crash. They are making an overstatement and a mistake, they mislead and discourage. They are wrong" or: "To portend devaluation is incompetent, is false play. The note of lucrative interests rings too clear in the talk of harbingers of trouble."What? The Estonian economy continued its development of imbal...
