The Latvian health care industry has been on the verge of crisis for months 's  numerous times over the past year doctors and nurses have even considered striking over low wages. Things have begun to heat up in recent weeks with dire predictions over a mass exodus from the industry and a KNAB report highlighting widespread corruption.
