VILNIUS - Persons who secretly cooperated with Soviet secret services from 1940 to 1990 must register with the special state commission, says a new law.Parliament passed the law on Nov. 23. During the vote 57 MPs supported the law while 6 MPs were against it and 14 abstained. According to the law, former KGB agents will need to register within six months.
