RIGA - The first time I went to the off-beat Komuta-tors art center, I was stunned. Bicycles that looked more like abstract art than modes of transportation were scattered throughout the large room  of this building in Andrejsala, interspersed by twisted half-finished parts.  I instantly liked it.
