Following your article about the future of Tallinn ["Visions of Tallinn's future 's English language included," TBT #583, Nov. 22], I think that there is a change in law to be considered.
Why not introduce in Estonia the same taxation neutrality as they have in Luxembourg, but without the banking secrets they have?
It would help to build a Nordic financial center in Tallinn by attracting the interest of "clean" financial planners and bankers at European and international scale.
