Follow Estonia

From reading your Web site, it seems that the Estonian government is fairly well organized, while Latvia and Lithuania are in a complete mess. Is this really the case? If so, why don't they take a lesson from Estonia? They all started at the same point - how did the two southern states fare so badly, while Estonia raced ahead?
Of course, as an outside observer, I would be concerned about the financial situation in all three of these countries. It doesn't look like much is being done to address it, either. Are average citizens concerned, or is it just the academics? People should sit up and pay attention before it's too late!
