DON'T BLAME THE COACH

The Estonia football team has not won an international game for a long time, so the coach is to blame?
Getting rid of the coach might seem to solve all the problems but we know he was on a hiding to nothing from day one. Get rid of the players and start again, but this time make sure each and every one of the squad and management understands the fundamentals of teamwork. I have watched from afar the football start-up in Estonia and the money thrown at it, i.e. land in a prime position, by city officials and a succession of coaches who were all used as scapegoats when the results never materialized. Constantly blaming others for your own failings is getting rather boring.
