ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE

Estonia can go a long way in making the Russian people and the world understand that Estonia's problem is with Stalinism and Communism, and not with the Russian people, if it erects a monument to the Soviet soldiers from World War II who were killed by actions of the Soviet government, such as using infantry to clear minefields because tanks were too valuable, and killing returning crippled soldiers because of the costs of supporting them.
