Crazed fans stop basketball game

VILNIUS - An SEB Basketball League game between Zalgiris Kaunas and Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius on March 3 was stopped in its last minutes by officials when out-of-control fans made conditions too dangerous for the play to continue. Television viewers watched as wild fans chanted and threw beer cans at players in the Kaunas Sports Hall, stopping the game with just under two minutes left on the clock.
