TALLINN - Health officials and experts from Armenia will be introduced to reforms in Estonia's health care system during a training program sponsored by the Baltic state.The training program was arranged by the Praxis center for political studies and funded by USAID, and will include presentations of Estonia's health care policy, legislation and structure of the health care system, and will compare the periods before and after 1998 with the health insurance system of today.
