RIGA - The Latvian women's basketball team notched a key 70-63 victory over Belgium on Sept. 20, thus qualifying for the 2007 European Basketball Championships. The win pushed Latvia to the top of Group E.Belgium dominated the game during the first half, leading by 10 points.
