I just visited Latvia and have spent considerable time in Russia.Latvia is so far advanced over Russia that there is no comparison. Russia is going back to its old ways and the people are starting to suffer again. They are desperately poor, they have no infrastructure, their five-story cement apartment buildings are gradually crumbling.
