I would like to draw your attention to a phenomenon which is, in my opinion, a great hazard to the democracy in Estonia. I have been spending my holidays for three years in Tallinn with my wife's family, and unfortunately I have not seen any progress concerning the security companies.I have seen people get kicked by security guards several times without righteous reasons. You can find examples of this sort among private police everywhere in the city. I suppose this is because the work force is cheap and abuses its prerogatives.
