More rumors, more delays

VILNIUS - The Lithuanian government and the U.S. energy company Williams International delayed yet again an initial agreement that would allow the American company to buy a one-third stake in Lithuania's oil sector.The two sides' failure to reach an agreement is nothing new, but rumors of Cabinet members quitting because of elements of the negotiations is. Local news sources have reported that Economic Affairs Minister Eugenijus Maldeikis and Finance Minister Jonas Lionginas may step down over the endless delays.
