The champions beat TU/Rock 4-3. Saku Skuurhall stadium was packed for the decisive game, with a record crowd of 7,200 people. During the regular season, BC Kalev beat TU/Rock four times in a row, and then lost twice in games 1 and 2 of the finals. But the team rejuvenated itself in the last moment, thanks mostly to center James Williams, who carried BC Kalev to Estonian Championship victory.
