LONDON - A Swiss human resource company has published its latest survey on which urban centers provide the best quality of life for foreigners and found that Zurich, Geneva and Vancouver possess the highest standard of living. Baghdad was at the bottom of the list of 215 cities.
In the Baltics, Vilnius ranked 84, Tallinn 91 and Riga 98. The three cities were at the bottom among East European capitals such as Prague and Warsaw. Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, was ranked 102.
The annual survey compiled by Mercer Human Resource Consulting is based on 39 criteria 's ranging from political stability to schools, restaurants and environment.
